Sneak Freak

I've always been a sneak freak eversince I can remember. Once I see a pair I like, and when I can't stop thinking about it, that's a go signal for me to get it. Going with that instinct has never failed me. Every pair I've bought I've never regretted. This morning I was in the mall with my sister. She's been planning to buy this FC Barcelona fleece for a couple of weeks now, and she's been thinking really hard whether it was worth it or not. She finally caved in and decided to take a trip to the mall to get it. While she was looking at it one more time, I saw a sneaker (since they don't display it in pairs) that just screamed at me from a far. It caught my eye in an instant. And why wouldn't it? With navy stripes (totally screams nautical, which I go crazy for) and thick hot pink laces, it was such a stunner! So it took me a few hours to decide. I couldn't stop thinking about it, and like I said that's the go signal. So here they are all boxed up and ready for me to use! Here are a few pictures I found so you see what I mean. Laura Mercier Obsession

As mentioned in previous posts, I have extremely oily skin. I have always been bothered by it and can't take looking at pictures when I see my face shining like a disco ball. Disco dies back in the 80s and I hope my own shining disco ball would fade too. So while trying to find the perfect product for me, I think I found the best possible make up products I can use to kill the shine. I have yet to try and purchase these, but after reading excellent reviews, I will finally start saving so I can get my hands on these babies.

Three Days in the Busy City Haul

Last Wednesday I flew to Manila to check out requirements for business school since I plan to apply for the first semester of AY 2011-2012. So when I knew I was going I decided to ask my mom to stay for 3 days so I could meet and catch up with friends. It felt so good to reconnect with friends I haven't seen for a while and I feel so blessed that they were able to come despite their busy schedules. Thanks guys! Hopefully another meet up this February. Anyway while I was there I got to shop a bit too. Here are the few pieces I was able to pick up while I was there.

A Promise is Never Meant to be Broken

I've always been fascinated by what's inside peoples bag ever since I could remember. I've always found that strange, but when I found out about flickr and found a group with the same liking, I didn't feel so strange then. Then a year & a half ago I started with tumblr and found out my friends, Cha & Bea (click on their names and you'll be linked directly to their posts), also had the same fascination. It feels amazing that I get to share this interest with them since they're two of my closest friends after all.

So last August or October (I'm not quite sure which of the two it was) I met up with them, along with Cha's boyfriend which also happens to be part of our group (we were all blockmates in college), Bea took pictures of our bags contents. So we promised to make a post of What's in our bags. So here I am keeping my promise.
